It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Howard Victor Keen Jr. (Salisbury, Maryland), born in Washington, District of Columbia, who passed away on March 20, 2020, at the age of 94, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Howard Victor Keen and Pauline Lewis Keen; and his wife Nancy Ellison Keen. He is survived by: his children, Nancy Brown (Gary), Howard Victor Keen III (Cindy) and Wayne Lewis Keen; and his grandchildren, McKensey Keen, Kyle Keen, Cody Keen, Jodi Happe (Billy) and Spencer Brown (Susannah Taylor).

In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to Wicomico Presbyterian Church.
