She was predeceased by: her parents, Ferman Clark and Mable Smith Clark; and her siblings, Evelyn Kinney and Elmer Clark. She is survived by: her husband Julian Joseph Kuczma; her children, Ann Gifford (Terry Gifford), Stephen Kuczma (Daeanne), Mary Billings (Harold) and Robert Kuczma (Angela); her brother Robert Clark; her sibling's children, Donald Brown, Howard Brown, Patricia Schlegel, Dolores Casey and William Kinney; her grandchildren, Annette Gifford (Bret Carney), Suzanne Gifford (Tony Roberts), Angela Gifford Carnathan (Michael Carnathan), Michael Gifford (Sara), Kate Smith (Andy), Becky Bedle (Jamie), Ben Millard (Tabby), Damian Kuczma (Anne), Sean Kuczma (Jesse) and Megan Kuczma; and her great grandchildren, Jackson, William Carney, Violet, Silas Roberts, Julian, Miles Carnathan, Taylor Gifford, Ray, Gabe, Luke Smith, Jameson, Hannah, Haley Bedle, Olivia, Liam Millard, Andrew, Callan, Bridget Kuczma, Eliska and Kylan Kuczma. She is also survived by four children, they were blessed with 10 grandchildren and 21 great grandchildren.
