He was predeceased by: his parents, Carlton Fisher and Audrey Cropper Palmer; his grandparents, John and Virgie Cropper; his grandson Michael Fisher, III; his brother-in-law Ernest Purnell; and his uncles, Warren and Clinton Cropper.
He is survived by: his children, TerKesha Fisher of Salisbury, MD, Terry Fisher, Jr. of Salisbury, MD, Carltina Fisher of Salisbury, MD, Myesha Fisher of Salisbury, MD and Michael Fisher of Salisbury, MD; and his siblings, Cyldine Chaney of Salisbury, MD, Trauffine Purnell of Salisbury, MD, Virgie Cropper of Salisbury, MD, Sylvia Dubose of Wilmington, DE, Augusta Thomas, Jr. of Salisbury, MD and Nathaniel Palmer of Salisbury, MD. He is also survived by ten grandchildren; five great-grandchildren; and a host of nieces, nephews, other relatives, and friends.
