He was predeceased by: his parents, Victor O. Banks, Sr. and Mary Banks (Reese); his wife Betty Banks (Downs); his children, Brenda Shrieves and Victor Banks III (Buddy); and his siblings, Pete, Mike, Mutt, Jeff Banks, Doris Disharoon and Helen McCardell.
He is survived by: his daughter Patsy Timmons (Pat); his brother Jack Banks; and his friends, Judy and Lou Rimbach. He is also survived by 6 grandchildren, 14 great-grandchildren, and 14 great-great-grandchildren.
Visitation will be held on Friday, July 25th 2025 from 9:00 AM to 10:00 AM at the Holloway Funeral Home (501 Snow Hill Rd, Salisbury, MD 21804). A funeral service will be held on Friday, July 25th 2025 at 10:00 AM at the same location.
