He was predeceased by: his parents, Nellie English and Oscar English. He is survived by: his wife Elizabeth English of Salisbury; his children, Margaret Siclari, Bill English, Jr. of Laurel and Mary English of Medford, Massachusetts.; his grandchildren, Betsy Kapfer (Steve) of Kennett Square and Corey Siclari of Buffalo; his great grandchildren, Richard Siclari of Buffalo and Cora Kapfer of Kennett Square, Pennsylvania.; and his sister Joan Collins of Secretary.
