He is survived by: his wife Cathy Titcomb; his mother Sharon Drew; his children, Melissa and Michael; his brothers, Bill, John and Jason; his siblings' children, Hailey, Circe, Tristan, Cailin and Cora; his sibling-in-law Courtney Titcomb; his uncle Bill Oliver; his aunt Karen; his cousins, Amy and Danny; his uncle Larry Oliver; his aunt Lexi; his cousins, Lisa, Lori and Joey; his uncles, Bob Oliver and Carl; his aunt Linda; his cousins, Laura and Carey; and his former wives, Cynda and Rachel.
In lieu of flowers, the family asks that donations be made in his name to the American Heart Association.
