She was predeceased by: her husband John Craig Neal; her parents, William Schumacher and Camielle Schumacher; and her brother William Schumacher, Jr.. She is survived by: her children, Laura McCann (Adam), Rachael Riston (Josh), Daniel Neal (Cathy) and Eric Neal (Kara); her grandchildren, Haeley, Isabella, Greg, Connor, Grayson, Audrey Rose, Emma, Tanner, Madison, Elise, Vaeda and Ember; her siblings, James Schumacher (Lynn), Karen McDermott (Brian), Martin Schumacher (Trish) and Camille Restione (Dave); and her sister-in-law Denise Velarde (Manuel).
