She was predeceased by: her parents, Alice Fitzhugh Hazen (West) and John Frederick Hazen; her former spouse Dale Charles Adams; her son Jason L. Adams; and her stepdaughter Lindsay Cerino.
She is survived by: her sons, Dale C. Adams Jr. (Aymen) of Maricopa, AZ and Scott S. Adams of Reistertown, MD; and her siblings, Anne Laney (Jim), Robert Hazen (Barbara) and Judy Connery (Bruce). She is also survived by one niece; six grandchildren; five great grandchildren; and numerous cousins.
