He is survived by : his wife Judith (Jones); his children, Jeffrey Banks (Susan), Jennifer Hall (Geoff), Julie Antinucci (DJ) and Joshua Banks (Casey); and his grandchildren, Natalie, Lauren, Kelly, Emma, Kevin, Molly, Sara, Joseph, Domenic, Lola, Olivia and Wyatt.
