He was predeceased by: his sister Jane Brookhart. He is survived by: his spouse Anna May "Mim" Vollenweider; and his children, Susan, Donna, Steve, Adam, Sheridan, Stephen and Nicholas. He is also survived by brother, husband, father, uncle and grandfather.
