He was predeceased by: his parents, Welton Lee Lilley Sr. and Evelyn Kee Lilley; and his brother Michael. He is survived by: his wife Ida Joanne Lilley; his children, Donald Ray Lilley Jr. (Sabina) and Brittany Cherie Dennis (Larry); his siblings, Vivian Lilley Gills, Wellton Jr. (Cynthia), Danny and Tavis Lilley (Miranda); his nieces and nephews, Natasha Jennings, Michelle Lilley, Maya Pack, Ivan, Danny Jr., Derrick and Zachary Lilley; his grandchildren, Donald Lilley III, Levi Dennis, Milan Dennis, Nadia and Faith Dennis; his aunts, Mary Thornton, Virginia Young, Vaneta Kee, Dora Kee, Betty Denny (Ras), Laura Kee and Ruby Kee; his uncle George Kee (Peggy); his siblings-in-law, Wesley White (Barbara) and Cherry White; and his close friend Donnell Beamon. He is also survived by other nieces, nephews, cousins, relatives, loved ones, fraternity brothers and friends.
Visitation was held on Friday, May 30th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM and from 3:00 PM to 6:00 PM at the Barranco Severna Park Funeral Home & Cremation Care (495 Ritchie Hwy, Severna Park, MD 21146). A funeral service was held on Saturday, May 31st 2025 at 9:00 AM at the Asbury Town Neck United Methodist Church (429 Asbury Dr, Severna Park, MD 21146).
Memorial contributions may be made to the 2nd Annual Uplift Foundation Golf Classi Q. All proceeds go to the scholarship fund which provides scholarships to students in Anne Arundel county who are pursuing higher education.
