She is survived by: her spouse James Carter; and her children, Nancy Gorman (Michael Gorman) of Odenton, James Carter, II (Stacey Hostetler Carter) of Elkridge and Cynthia Feldstein (Jerry Feldstein). She is also survived by nine grandchildren and eight great-grandchildren.
