He was predeceased by : his parents, Theresa Greenlaw and Clifford Greenlaw; his wife Margaret J. Toomey; and his daughter Martha. He is survived by : his children, William Thomas Greenlaw of Linthicum Heights, Mary Greenlaw of Severna Park and Kathleen Cerny (Michael) of Arnold; his grandson Matthew Cerny (Theresa); his great grandchildren, Madison and Michael of Arnold; and his grandson Andrew Cerny (Jordan) of Harrogate, UK..

Visitation was held on Friday, April 19th 2024 from 4:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Barranco Funeral Home (495 Ritchie Hwy, Severna Park, MD 21146).
