He is survived by : his granddaughter Amber Blevins; his sister Vicky Haines; his brother-in-law John Haines of Ijamsville; his sister Teresa Helton of Dallas; his pets, Kaos, Simone and Zita; his niece Chelsea Hockett (Dillon); and his great-niece Eva Louise Hockett of Xenia, Ohio.. He is also survived by aunts, uncles, cousins and friends.
