She was predeceased by: her parents, Louis Rauch and Alice Mattingly Rauch. She is survived by: her husband Eugene Falck; her children, Annette Mason of Shenandoah Junction, WV, Virginia Cohen (Randy) of Takoma Park, MD and Robert Falck of Sharpsburg, MD; her grandchildren, Christine Riese (Kyle), Alyssa Welch, Brianne Dodson (Major), Mattingly Cohen and Arthur Cohen; her great grandchildren, McKenzie, Morgan Riese, Bryan Welch and Quinn Dodson; and her brother-in-law Eric Falck (Sally) of Boise. She is also survived by many nieces, nephews.
Visitation will be held on Saturday, September 27th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the St. Agnes Catholic Church (106 S Duke St, Shepherdstown, WV 25443). A Mass of Christian burial will be held on Saturday, September 27th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
Memorial contributions may be made in Rosemary's memory to Alzheimer's research.
