It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Lois E. Ward (Sharptown, Maryland), born in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, who passed away on March 14, 2020, at the age of 98, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by : her parents, Harry Freed and Caroline Freed; her husband Donald Ward; and her sister Eunice Farr. She is survived by : her children, Paul Ward, Mark Ward, Timothy Ward (Katy) and Becky Hopkins; her grandsons, Joshua Hopkins (Ambur), Brendan Ward and Connor Ward; her great grandchild Rayna Hopkins; and her sisters, Esther Schuck (John) and Ruth Lamond. She is also survived by 4 step-grandchildren; 14 step-great-grandchildren.
