She was loved and cherished by many people including : her parents, Fred Bennett (Isabelle) and Erline Bennett Bailey (Elbert) of Sharptown; her sister Rebecca "Becky" Adshead; her husband Roland Milligan; her daughter Shelly Milligan Hall (Fred); her siblings, Joanne Jones and David Bennett; her nieces, Sharon Bramble, Michelle Savage and Ashley Bennett; her aunts, Jessie Coleman and Sylvia Stalnaker; and her grandchildren, Emma and Ethan Hall.
