He was predeceased by: his wife Alice Spivock; his son Michael Spivock; and his parents, Fannie Spivock and Sol Spivock. He is survived by: his children, Susan Smith and David Spivock, Jr. (Carolyn); and his grandchildren, Jennifer Smith, Brendan Spivock and Nicholas Spivock.
