It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Deanye Lawrence (Silver Spring, Maryland), who passed away on August 26, 2020, at the age of 85, leaving to mourn family and friends. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of Deanye Lawrence to pay them a last tribute.
She was predeceased by: her husband Evan K. Lawrence; her parents, Melrae Wasserman and Frank Shaikewitz; and her siblings, Theodore Shaikewitz, Ramona Blank and S'Verne Forman.
She is survived by: her sons, Adam (Peggy) and Jon (Christina); her grandsons, Tyler, Samuel and Louis; and her sisters, Melba Jacobson and Sandra Lanier. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to WETA (WETA.org); which provided innumerable hours of enjoyment for Deanye (and Evan).
