With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Fred B. Kelly (Silver Spring, Maryland), who passed away on July 12, 2020. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was loved and cherished by many people including : his parents, Fred Colburn Kelly and Patrice Boswell Kelly; his wife Margaret P. Kelly; his brother John Lee Kelly of Columbus Ohio; and his nieces and nephews, Lee Kelly Yborra (Stephe), Kevin Kelly, Karen Kelly Buch (Ken), Tommy Kelly (Kathy), Kathleen Kelly and Sandra Kelly Klein.

Due to Coronavirus and community health concerns, there will be no public viewing.

In lieu of flowers, the family suggests that donations be sent to St. Jude Children's Research Hospital.
