It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Helen Judith Jarrell (Silver Spring, Maryland), who passed away on May 12, 2020, at the age of 84, leaving to mourn family and friends. She is survived by : her significant other Leonard Jarrell; her daughters, Elizabeth M. Jarrell of Kensington, Maryland, Susan Kushnir (Aaron) of Glen Rock and Laura Jarrell Miller (James) of Bethesda, Maryland; her sister Paula Gartman of Rockville; and her grandchildren, Kara Louise Miller, Maxwell David Kushnir, Dara Jillian Kushnir and Chelsea Mintz Miller.
Donations may be made to the Leonard and H. Judith Jarrell Memorial Scholarship which Judy established at Capitol Technology University in Laurel, Maryland for aspiring engineers.
