He was predeceased by: his wife Theresa Stark; his daughter Aileen Elliot; and his parents, Peter Stark and Mary Stark. He is survived by: his sons, Christopher (Vickie) and Kenneth; his son-in-law Jeffrey Elliot; his grandchildren, Jessica (Joe), David (Kalyn), Kevin, Kristen (Aaron), Sara, Corey, Hope and Amber; and his great grandchildren, Joseph, Elsie, Raylynn and Jamar.
Visitation will be held on Thursday, December 11th 2025 from 2:00 PM to 4:00 PM and from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Hines-Rinaldi Funeral Home (11800 New Hampshire Ave, Silver Spring, MD 20904). A funeral Mass will be held on Friday, December 12th 2025 at 10:00 AM at the St. Mark the Evangelist Catholic Church (7501 Adelphi Rd, Hyattsville, MD 20783). A burial will be held on Friday, December 12th 2025 at 11:30 AM at the Gate of Heaven Cemetery (13801 Georgia Ave, Silver Spring, MD 20906).
