He was predeceased by: his parents, Guy Frushour and Catherine Frushour (Bear); and his brothers, Elwood and Nathan. He is survived by: his children, Brenda Miller (Billy), Barbara Frushour, Diann Miller, Boyd E. Jr. "Beanie" (Donna), Wayne "Snake" and Kevin (Pam); his sister Martha Lewis; his grandchildren, Mandy Miller, Melissa Myers (Brent), Everest Shook (Nicki) and David Frushour; and his great grandchildren, Kyle High, Kolton Shook, Porter Myers and Camden Myers. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
