He was predeceased by: his parents, William Earl Jolly Sr. and Georgie Lee Griffin Jolly. He is survived by: his daughter Danielle Kellam (JR) of Willards; his family Jessica Bowden of Willards, MD.; and his wife Brenda of Sykesville, MD. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, sister and brother-in-laws and so many close friends.
Visitation will be held on Sunday, July 27th 2025 from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the Free Indeed Ministries (418 W Market St, Snow Hill, MD 21863). A funeral service will be held on Sunday, July 27th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the same location.
