He was predeceased by: his parents, Lon Frost and Flora Frost (Drinnon); his children, David Frost and Deborah Snyder; and his siblings, Sturm, James Frost, Cleo Bondy and Betty Ricci.
He is survived by: his children, Harvey Guy Frost, Jr. of Newark, MD, Kathy Riggin of Snow Hill and Susan English of Nelsonia, VA.. He is also survived by nine grandchildren and ten great-grandchildren, and several nieces and nephews.
