He is survived by: his wife Rita; his children, Rosa Blake, John Williams (Franchetta), Smitty Williams (Yulanda), Bruce Blake, Tony Blake, Jim Williams, Jr. (Mary) and Jonell Williams (Yolanda); his stepson Keith Purnell (Nina); his brother Henry James Williams (Eloise) of Brooklyn; and his aunt Addie River of Albany, Georgia. He is also survived by grandchildren, great grandchildren, nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.
