We are sad to announce that on February 12, 2021 we had to say goodbye to Joyce Lowe of Snow Hill, Maryland. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.
She was predeceased by : her parents, Henry Disharoon and Gertie Disharoon (late Reese Lowe); and her son Garry Parsons. She is survived by : her sons, Michael Parsons of Tampa, FL and Steve Parsons of Salisbury; her sister Betty Scott of Snow Hill; and her friends, Andrea Evans of Millsboro, DE, Paul and Norma Lee Hitchens of Ocean View, DE.. She is also survived by four grandchildren, and six great-grandchildren.
