He is survived by : his daughters, Virginia Mae Reed of Fruitland and Jo Anne Scott (Brett) of Pocomoke City; and his siblings, Robert Pasquith, Raymond Riggin, Joey Riggin, Wendell Riggin and Teresa Owens. He is also survived by several grandchildren and great grandchildren.
