He was predeceased by : his father Robert M. Timms. He is survived by : his mother Dolores Anthony Timms of Stevensville, MD; his son Randy William Timms, Jr. of Lewes, DE; his brother Bobby Timms (Cathy) of Stevensville, MD; and his niece Brittany Timms of Florida.
