He was predeceased by: his father Wally Makuchal, Sr.. He is survived by: his mother Helena Makuchal of Pocomoke, Maryland.; his wife Dr. Penny Justice; his daughters, Maranda Marie Makuchal (Billy Reed Ill) of Stockton and Abbey Grace Makuchal of Stockton; and his parents-in-law, Spencer and Dorothy Justice of Oak Hall, Virginia.. He is also survived by 2 brothers, 2 nieces, and 1 nephew.
Social distancing and face covering requirements will be adhered.
