With profound sadness, we say goodbye to Charlotte Martin (Sykesville, Maryland), born in Denver, Colorado, whose vibrant spirit touched the lives of many. She was predeceased by: her parents, Samuel Howard Phipps, Jr. and Charlotte Behning Phipps; and her grandson Ryan Scott Krempa. She is survived by: her husband Andrew Martin III; her children, Charlotte Krempa (Scott), Tammy Ferris (Mark), Andrew Martin IV (April) and Melissa Craumer (Robert); her sisters, Ruth Elseroad, Linda Peer and Denise Phipps; and her grandchildren, Caitlin, Carly, Jacob Krempa, Tyler Martin, Brandon Ferris, Andrew Martin V, Ashlyn Martin and Brooke Craumer.
