He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles Jenkins and Virginia Kiger Jenkins. He is survived by: his wife Ellen Riggins Jenkins; his children, Jeffrey Jenkins, Sr. (Yvette), Jonathan Jenkins (Leslie) and Jennifer Hession (Keith); and his grandchildren, Jeffrey Jenkins, Jr. (Poppy), Jordan Jenkins (Kylie Regan) and Amanda Jenkins.
