He was predeceased by : his mother Marjorie Harper Dalzell; and his brother-in-law Frank Podgorski. He is survived by : his father Frank James Dalzell, Jr.; his wife Barbara P. Dalzell (Podgorski); his sister-in-law Carol Podgorski; and his close friend Jerry MacNeish. He is also survived by niece, nephew and great nieces and nephews and many friends.
