He was predeceased by: his parents, Donald Collard and Bernadine Collard (Krumdick); his wife Carolyn Elizabeth Collard; his brothers, Mike and Don Collard (Butch); and his daughter Julie.
He is survived by: his sister Suzanne Nelson; his children, Terry Collard (Mary) of Sykesville, Tim Collard (Marguerite) of Gardnerville, NV and Joseph Collard (Julie) of New Market, MD; and his grandchildren, Nick Chapman, Becky Chapman, Abby Ickes (Chapman), Elisabeth Baumwald (Reddinger), Melissa Reddinger, Jennifer Reddinger, Mark Reddinger, Greg Collard, Ashley Hansen (Collard) and Zachary Collard. He is also survived by 11 great grandchildren.
