He was predeceased by: his parents, Oliver Ted and Gladys Elizabeth Hoover Horn; and his brother Dana Darrell Horn. He is survived by: his wife Pam (Wilcox); and his children, Jessica Ann Millican (James) and Patrick James Horn.
