She was predeceased by: her brother Philip Smith; and her sister-in-law Kristin Smith. She is survived by: her husband Douglas Goff; her parents, Charles Smith and Sharon Smith; her children, Toni L. Goff (Malia); her grandchildren, Lillian and Damien Guariglia; her sister Ruth Cole; and her sibling's children, Danny Smith, Jimmy Smith, Jessica Cole and Cheyanne Smith.
