He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, William Harley and Lauri Harley (Glass) of Thurmont; his significant other Carli Studner; his brother Mason (Cheyenne); his siblings' child Waylon; his sister Sierra; his grandparents, Walter, Sandra Harley, Larry and Susan Glass; his aunts and uncles, Jay, Kristi Harley, Robin, Vince Hodge, Wendy, Andrew Gray, Denver, Mary Glass and Chantel Veney; and his cousin Dylan.
