With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Paul Toms of Thurmont, Maryland, who passed away on September 8, 2020 at the age of 75. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Paul Toms and Margaret Toms (Jean); and his son Ryan L. Toms. He is survived by: his wife Penny; his children, Paula (Mike) and Mark (Leanne); his grandchildren, Colin and Madelyn; his siblings, Rick Toms (Barb), Connie (Eddie) and Kelly Weagley (Peggy); his aunts, Idabelle Toms (Dimp) and Helen Mae Wachter; and his pet Emma. He is also survived by Numerous nieces, nephews, and cousins.
