We are sad to announce that on August 5, 2018, Donald E. Cooper (Timonium, Maryland) passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He is survived by : his spouse Mary Helen Cooper; his children, Craig Cooper (Sean Buckley), Kellie Gaver (John), Maureen Manley (Andrew) and Matthew Cooper; his grandchildren, Hannah Manley and Rachel Manley; and his brothers, Raymond Cooper, Charles Cooper and Wesley Cooper. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.

In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to Alzheimer's Association, 1850 York Rd., Timonium, MD 21093.
