He was predeceased by : his parents, Frank Bianco and Margaret Del Bianco. He is survived by : his sons, Frank and Michael; his wife Connie; his daughter-in-law Debbie; his grandson Christian Del Bianco of Baltimore, MD.; his sister Camille Domenick of Belleville, NJ; his nephews, Anthony (Lisa Domenick) and Angelo (Gina Domenick); and his niece Maria Merola.

A celebration of life will be held in the Baltimore area once the COVID-19 situation has lessened and it is deemed safe for a larger gathering.
