She is survived by : her children, Donald Carter, Jr., Linda Stidham, Bobby Stidham, Carol Outten, Al Outten, Gary Carter, Sandra Carter, Jeff Carter, Denise Carter, Lisa Potter and Donnie Potter. She is also survived by 19 grandchildren, 29 great-grandchildren and 16 great-great grandchildren.
