He was predeceased by: his wife Joan Otradovec; his parents, Frances Baclawski and Manning Otradovec; and his brothers, Richard Baclawski and Richard Otradovec.
He is survived by: his daughters, Susan Otradovec, Vicki White and Laura Doles; his grandchildren, Stephanie Doles and William Dennis White Jr.; his children-in-law, Kerry Lenny, William Dennis White Sr. and Ernest Doles; and his siblings-in-law, Madalyn Petroff and Maynard Osborne.
