He is survived by: his spouse Christianne Lambertson Adams; his children, Jason Adams (Jessica) and Amy Adams-Maros (Christopher Maros); his grandchild Sophia Adams; his sibling Mary Jean Campbell; and his parent-in-law Joan Lambertson. He is also survived by his nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to St. Jude Children's Research Hospital in Charles' name.
