He was loved and cherished by many people including: his spouse Judith Emge Scheper; his parents, Charles James Scheper, Sr. and Eleanor Smith Scheper; and his siblings, Barbara Scheper Lynch, Tommy, Norie Scheper Ervin, Randol and Anthony Joseph Scheper.
