It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Dorothea Carter (Towson, Maryland), who passed away on October 10, 2019, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her husband Lawrence M. Carter. She is survived by: her children, Murray Carter, Anne Carter, Bridget Baker and Joseph Carter; and her grandchildren, Neal Carter, Lindsay Carter and Jack Baker. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
