He was predeceased by: his spouse Jean Edith Sadecki; his granddaughter Jennifer Bloodsworth; and his brother Melvin Stanley Sadecki. He is survived by: his children, Karen S. Bloodsworth (Carl) and Mark Sadecki (Mary); his grandchildren, Kimberly Bloodsworth, Sean Bloodsworth, Amy Bloodsworth, Matthew M. Sadecki and Michael C. Sadecki; and his great grandchildren, Bayley, Skylar and Alexandra. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
