He is survived by: his parents, Charles Kallmyer and Mary Theresa Kallmyer; his spouse Patricia Birth Kallmyer; his children, Margaret Klaes (Bradley), Rachel Kallmyer, Noelle DeLeon (Alex), Christopher Birth (Liz), Scott Birth (Stefanie Boyle), Matthew Birth (Michelle) and Bethany Birth; his grandchildren, Charlie, Teresa, Anthony, Nicholas, Dominic, Jack, Max, Ellie, Ethan, Conner, Madison, Charlotte, Grace and Millie; his siblings, Roch Kallmyer (Linda), Michelle Pasko, Olivia and Elena; and his nieces, Emily, Madeline and Abigail.
