He was loved and cherished by many people including: his wife Catherine Robertson Baldwin; his children, Justin R. Baldwin and Alexandra B. Hubbard; his siblings, Anne B. Edgar and Lawrence Baldwin; and his grandchildren, Danielle A., Brennan R., Sean P. Baldwin, Acey C., Theodore C. and William M. Hubbard.

In lieu of flowers contributions may be made to St. Ignatius Early Childhood Learning Center and Gilchrist Center Towson.
