He is survived by : his wife Sandra Lynn Laziuck; his children, Megan Anecharico (John) and Brett Laziuck (Heather); his grandchildren, Jack, Sam Anecharico, Emily and Avery Laziuck; his sibling-in-law Pat Laziuck; and his niece Heather A. Laziuck.
