He was predeceased by: his spouse Betty Evans Rubino; his child Scott E Johnson; and his sibling Sam Rubino. He is survived by: his children, Derek E. Rubino, Christopher J. Rubino, Joseph J. Rubino and Jeffrey M. Johnson. He is also survived by 8 grandchildren and 5 great-grandchildren.
